Directions: From Fairbanks, head north on the Steese Highway. At Fox, continue straight. This becomes the Elliot Highway. Past Hill Top Truck Stop, head down the hill on the highway, and slow down. Howling Bay Kennel is on the left, before Vault Rd. You will see a dome building. Enter the driveway and park to the left.
